The agreement goes back to the beginnings of the Ngati Mutunga o Wharekauri Iwi Trust in September 2003 and highlights the requirements of the 2 differing factions to be able to come together as one, and then to move forward united for the benefit of the Iwi.

Item No 3 sets the scene (don’t know what happened to item no 2)”...management procedures, portfolios and clear communication systems...”

Not too sure about the current management procedures as all the staff have apparently resigned and a new manager based in Auckland costing…
